Everyone loves a little “fun in the sun” but the best days always seem to be found on the water. Whether fresh, brackish, or salty, a day spent on the water is a day well spent. Catch the Wave reflects this sentiment clearly, from its sun-faded summer-y color palette to the massive collection of fun-filled elements. Every activity from sitting on the sand to wakeboarding is represented in the word art. Weathered wooden silhouettes show the many activities to enjoy on the water. Life vests mingle alongside fishing vests, flip flops line up next to flippers, snorkels and surfboards snuggle close, and you’ll find canoes and kayaks as well-represented as speedboats and jetskis. Catch the Wave really captures that happy summer feeling with playful patterned papers, seashells galore, bottlecaps, seagulls, a sun wearing sunglasses, and a subtly striped alpha.
