Forum Topic - Payments?

I haven't received a spreadsheet or even a payment?  Barbara said they've hired someone new that handles payments, but I have yet to hear back any word from her.  Anyone else?

Did you ever get your Amy?  We got ours, it was later than usual, but we did get it.

I've received my statement but still waiting for payment.....

I got mine right before Christmas.  You may want to contact them so they can reissue another check if you haven't received payment by now.

I am relativiely new here and slowly getting my products moved over into the store - can someone confirm as to whether we get a spreadsheet whether there are sales or not.  I have received nothing and want to make sure that is correct (does that make sense)

I've received payments but no spreadsheets.  Should they be coming automatically?

Every month around the 5th-10th they send out an email called "Month Name Commission" In it you will find a list of items you sold and what each one sold for. If you are not getting those I would email the office.

They did just get a new controller so things were behind last month. Hopefully they'll have it all straightened out for this month. I Imagine it takes a while to catch up with over 100 designers!
