any chance to make it so we can put our entire store on sale at once instead of having to mark each item individually?  Or is that already there and I just don't know how to do it?

Only way is to do each item individually

So, is that something the techie guys can work on.  It would make it soooo much easier to be able to put in a percentage off and dates and choose our whole store at once.

I'm sure it will come at some point. They just recently added the ability for us to set the dates for our sales- which I love! I am the worst for remembering to turn sales off :)
